Routines lives in the More menu. Use it when a repeated piece of work should create and run issues without you manually recreating the same prompt.

What routines do

A routine defines recurring work and the conditions that trigger it. A routine can be assigned to an agent, linked to a project or initiative, given a priority, and configured with variables or environment values.

Creating a routine

Click the page action to open New routine. The form supports:

Triggers

Each routine can have one or more triggers: Webhook triggers can use bearer, HMAC SHA-256, GitHub HMAC, or no signing mode. When a webhook secret is created or rotated, copy it before leaving the page.

Routine actions

From the list you can:
  • Run a routine manually
  • Pause or Activate a routine
  • Archive a routine
  • add, pause, activate, delete, or rotate triggers
Generated issues still appear in Issues, and active runs still appear on the relevant agent and run pages.
