Step 1 — Install
Download the macOS app, install it, and confirm it opens. The app bundles its own local service. There is nothing else to install or start separately.Step 2 — Run onboarding
Onboarding is where you describe the first initiative, choose the first runtime, and create the first agent and issue. It runs automatically on first launch. Do not skip any of the three steps — each one sets context the rest of the product depends on.Step 3 — Orient in the sidebar
Sidebar explains how the app is structured. Read it once so navigation feels predictable. The four pages you use most - Home, Inbox, Issues, Agents - are all in the main sidebar or reachable from the top identity mark.Step 4 — Open Home
Home is the user-level read on Studio. After onboarding, open it and confirm the context, first agent, and first issue are visible. Check in this order:- Context
- Agent roster
- Live motion
- Asks for you
- Throughput line
Step 5 — Open Inbox
Inbox is where you work through what needs attention. After agents start running, Inbox is where failures, approvals, and alerts surface. Open thePending tab first. It shows unresolved items in the order they need action.
The daily user loop
Once the initial setup is done, you operate a repeating loop:- Open Home - read the current state of the system
- Open Inbox - clear approvals, review failures, address alerts
- Open Issues - check which issues are blocked or unassigned
- Open Agents - inspect any agent with a failure or stale scheduled run
- Intervene when needed - retry runs, reassign issues, approve or reject requests
