To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. All information must be accurate and up to date. Accounts using false or incomplete data may be restricted or terminated. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Any unauthorized access or suspected breach must be reported through the Get Support form.

All content, design, features, and code within the platform remain the property of Agentic Studio and its licensors. The Agentic Studio name, logo, and design elements may not be used without written permission.

You may submit content such as text, media, or data ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it, you confirm that you have permission to do so and that it does not violate any rights, laws, or regulations. Agentic Studio reserves the right to remove content that violates intellectual property laws or community standards.

The platform must not be used for unlawful purposes, including harassment, impersonation, or harm. Sending unsolicited messages or interfering with others' use of the platform is prohibited. Any activity that disrupts, damages, or abuses the platform or its users may result in account restriction.

Violation of these Terms may lead to immediate account suspension or termination. You may also stop using the platform and close your account at any time.

Agentic Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. This applies even if you were advised of the possibility of such damage.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty. No guarantees are made regarding uptime, functionality, security, or suitability for any particular purpose. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

These Terms may be revised. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform confirms acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you believe your copyright has been violated on the platform, you may submit a request for review. Include: a description of the copyrighted work; the material in question; your contact information; and a good faith statement that the use is unauthorized. Send all copyright-related notices via the Get Support form.
