Privacy Policy
Last Update: January 06, 2025
This Privacy Policy outlines how information is collected, used, and disclosed when using the Agentic Studio platform for building, testing, and optimizing agentic workflows.
// Information Collected
Information may be collected directly when users create an account or user profile, use the platform to build or deploy workflows, contact support, subscribe to communications, or participate in surveys, promotions, or beta features. Types of data that may be collected include contact details such as name and email address, account credentials, profile information, payment details processed by third-party providers, usage data and analytics, support interactions, and any additional information voluntarily provided.
// Google User Data
Agentic Studio supports integrations with Google services. When a Google account is connected, specific user data may be accessed based on workflow configuration. When using the Gmail block, email content, labels, and metadata may be accessed. This access is limited to enabling features such as reading or sending email within user workflows. When using the Drive block, file listings, contents, and metadata may be accessed solely to support file-related actions within workflows. When using the Sheets block, spreadsheet content, sheet structure, and cell formatting may be accessed. This access is limited to reading from or writing to spreadsheets as defined in workflows.
// Data Storage and Retention
Google user data is not stored on Agentic Studio servers. All processing occurs within the user's browser during workflow execution. There is no long-term storage, no reuse of data, and no server-side access beyond what is explicitly authorized by the user.
// AI and Machine Learning
Google user data is not used to train or improve AI or machine learning models. Data is processed solely to execute the workflows configured by the user.
// Data Protection
Technical and organizational safeguards are in place to help protect user data during processing. The absence of server-side storage minimizes the risk of unauthorized access to Google data.
// Revoking Access
Access to Google services can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the integration via the Settings → Credentials panel, visiting Google Account Permissions, or requesting assistance through the Get Support form.
// Automatically Collected Information
When the platform is accessed, certain information may be collected automatically. This includes log data such as IP address, browser type, and page visits; device identifiers and operating system; usage activity within the platform; general location derived from IP address; and tracking through cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookie Policy.
// Use of Information
Collected information may be used to operate and maintain the platform, manage accounts and billing, provide technical updates and communications, respond to user inquiries and requests, analyze platform usage and improve performance, personalize the user experience, prevent misuse or fraud, support beta programs and product testing, or fulfill any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.
// Sharing of Information
Information may be shared with service providers or contractors supporting platform functionality, in response to legal obligations or law enforcement requests, to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of the platform, during a business transition such as an acquisition or merger, with affiliated entities under common control, or with user consent or direction. Aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify any individual may be shared for analytics or research purposes.
// Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or to meet legal requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data involved.
// Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are implemented to help protect personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
// User Choices
Users may update or delete their account information, manage cookie preferences via browser settings, or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
// User Rights
Depending on jurisdiction, users may have the right to access or request a copy of their personal information, correct or delete personal data, object to certain processing activities, request data portability, or withdraw consent for optional data uses. To exercise any of these rights, users may submit a request through the Get Support form.
// Children's Privacy
The platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. Personal information from children is not knowingly collected. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
